If you're a highly experienced carpenter with leadership experience and a hands-on work ethic, this is your chance to step into a role where your voice matters, your work is respected, and your team has your back. What You'll DoAs a Residential Construction Supervisor, you'll be the face of Covenant on-siteleading a crew of up to six employees, working closely with subcontractors, and representing the company in front of clients, architects, and inspectors.
